    Job Description
    Start date: February 4, 2019
    Hours: 40 hours/week until April 15 (end of tax season)
    Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM w/1 hour lunch
    Rate: TBD
    In this position, you will be asked to  assist with the assembly of confidential tax return documents for clients. With the support of an administrative team and training in GoFileRoom (GFR), you will access and utilize documents for assembling client tax returns, including letters to authorize e-filing on our clients’ behalf. This job requires the ability to stand and collate for long periods of time. You will be responsible for maintaining order in the workroom and you may be asked to provide coverage for the receptionist if needed. During our busy tax season, this position will require 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Overtime on Saturdays may be required.
    Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Assemble confidential tax materials for clients
    • General clerical duties including photocopying
    • Retrieve documents such as W-2s from filing system via GFR (training will be provided)
    Education and Experience
    • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
    • Any experience as an administrative assistant would be helpful
