Job Responsibilities
Consistently prospect daily for clients, practice scripts/role plays daily , go on appointments , write contracts and close transactions, continuously building relationships and nurture your database and make the dream of homeownership a reality!
Job Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate License or is interested in getting licensed
  • Self-managed, self-reliable, self-motivated, accountable, assertive, results-oriented, driven, and are lifelong learners
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Full-time (40-50 hours a week)
  • Believes in Productivity 
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Illinois driver's license
