Wheaton’s Community Relations Commission encourages you to mark your calendar for a celebration of diverse cultures in the community. From 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, the Festival of Cultures will fill Memorial Park, 208 W Union, with music, displays of heritage, personal stories, food trucks and more.

This all-ages event is free to attend. Pick up a program and passport at the entrance, then travel the world by visiting the 25 groups featured at booths, where they will share their heritage and stories. Two local bands will perform, and visitors can enjoy food from three food trucks at the festival.
